At Physicians Formula, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer easy returns on products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid USPS shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any official USPS collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
